Webinars are events conducted online.
Webinars allow companies to reach veterinary practitioners without the organizational costs of
traditional events (room rental, catering, etc.).
Webinars give veterinary practitioners access to high-level, free-of-charge training, also available
directly on their smartphones, without travel limitations and expenses.
EV’s webinars are promoted via our powerful means of communication, digital and otherwise, which
include a mailing list of more than 20,000 veterinary practitioners.
Webinars may be hosted on the websites of SCIVAC (for companion animals), SIVAE (for exotic/non-
traditional animals), SIVAR (for large animals) or SIVE (for equines).

• 1 speaker (the speaker's fee, travel and eventual hospitality expenses are not included and shall
  be paid directly by the company)

•  Post-production/editing
• Live HD streaming on SCIVAC’s home page and Facebook page (for pet sector webinars)
• 2 promotional newsletters, the first two days before the event and the second at 7 a.m. on the
  day of the live streaming
• Q&As, graphics and live surveys

• Collection of emails in the player
• Personalized multimedia advertising at the end of the video
• Facebook metrics are available 24 hours after the live streaming

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Slides cannot be changed/modified once the recording has been completed. Speakers'imperfections/mistakes can be corrected directly during the recording session by simply having the speaker restart from the previous paragraph and taking note of the corrections; at editing the appropriate cuts will be made. The cost of eventual post-production interventions will be agreed upon as necessary.
