Governance
The Board of Directors of EV is vested with the powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration, with the power to perform all the acts it deems necessary and appropriate for the implementation and achievement of the corporate purpose. EV, as a limited liability Consortium Company, excludes any purpose of profit sharing.
